INSPECTION
At the onset of any roofing project we conduct a thorough inspection that includes an inventory of all of your roofs and their conditions. This inspection is conducted to identify your immediate needs as well as future problems. Pictures, detailed drawings and a thorough report of all findings will be provided prior to moving on to the planning stage.
CONSULTING
At Runyon & Sons Roofing, our biggest concern is meeting a customer's exacting needs. Our approach to problem solving means we evaluate all the factors that influence a roof design before a specification is written. Based upon this complete analysis and understanding of the building requirements, we work with you to properly prepare roofing specifications that meet your needs and budget.

After the inspections, consulting, and planning are done, the toughest part of any roofing project is the Budget Process. We understand that the flow of funds can be restricted.
