BUR (Built up Roof System)
Built-Up Roofing is one of the oldest and most reliable ways of installing a new roof. It was first known as composition roofing and started in the 1840's. B.U.R.'s come in two basic types, asphalt and coal tar, and three basic components - (1) the waterproofing component, (2) the reinforcing component, and (3) the surfacing component which is used to protect the other components from the elements. B.U.R. is a time proven system in use for over 100 years.

TPO Roof System
TPO membranes are single-ply roof membranes constructed from propylene rubber. They are designed to combine the durability of rubber with the proven performance of hot-air weldable seams. They have been tested as having excellent resistance to ozone, are algae-resistant, environmentally friendly and safe to install. TPO has the performance of EPDM, but superior seam strength from welded seams. It is light weight yet highly resistant to tears, impact punctures, and wind uplift and its white membrane reflect sunlight for cooler building interior and energy savings.
ROOF MAINTENANCE
This is very cost effective! No matter what type of roof you have, it needs to be maintained. It's the same concept as changing the oil in your car regularly to keep it performing at its maximum. We all know prevention is less expensive than reaction.
